Product and service description
The Glow Getter Business Foundation Starter Kit is an immediately delivered digital educational product containing fillable PDF workbooks, guides, trackers, examples, calculations, scorecards, and related resources. No physical product is shipped. Optional group support, consulting, third-party tools, and community access are separate unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise.

Intellectual property

3. Digital Product and Refund Policy
Immediate digital delivery
The Glow Getter Business Foundation Starter Kit is a digital product delivered shortly after purchase by email or download link. No physical product is shipped. Customers should use a valid email address, check spam or promotions folders, download the ZIP file, and save a secure backup.
Final-sale policy
Because the complete digital product is made available immediately and cannot be physically returned, sales are final once the download or access email has been sent or made available, except for the limited circumstances below or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Limited refund or correction exceptions
Glow Up Szn Business Solutions LLC will review a request involving:
- A verified duplicate charge.
- An inaccessible, incomplete, or corrupt file that remains unusable after the business has had a reasonable opportunity to replace or correct it.
- A refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Requests that ordinarily do not qualify
Refunds ordinarily will not be issued because a customer changed their mind, did not use or complete the materials, expected a guaranteed result, found similar information elsewhere, lacked compatible software after the requirements were disclosed, or decided the product was not needed after receiving access.
